Clean Rooms International's model CRI GS 24 HEPA Filter Terminal Ceiling Diffuser is a 2' x 4' Terminal HEPA Filter Diffuser, ceiling mounted, with room side replaceable, gel seal, 99.99% HEPA filter, balancing damper and 12" duct collar. GS Filter diffusers are self-contained, non-motorized, gel seal, HEPA, ducted Laminar Flow Room Air Diffusers equipped with either HEPA 99.99% or ULPA 99.9995% filters for installation in a 2' x 4' ceiling grid.
GS diffusers permit the removal of the HEPA or ULPA filters from roomside without removing the unit from the ceiling. Painted steel cabinets have an anodized aluminum frame that supports 53mm HEPA media with an upstream gel channel for a leak-free seal between the filter and housing. Filter face is protected by a hinged, diamond pattern, white epoxy coated steel grille. GS 24 diffuser dimensions are 23 5/8" W x 47 5/8" L x 7 1/2" H and it weighs 57 lbs.
HEPA filter designed for 90 FPM average face velocity @ initial 0.47 w.g. and has a rated efficiency of 99.99% @ 0.3 micron or larger. Airflow for a 2 x 4 unit is @ 510 cfm at 90 FPM. GS 24 filter dimensions are 20 5/8" W x 44 5/8" L x 3" H
Final filters are are tested according to accepted procedures as described by the Institute of Environmental Sciences (IEST) and/or ISO standards. The standard HEPA filter is 99.99% eff; an ULPA grade 99.9995% eff. filter is available as an option. Full line of options are available for custom orders.
